We've paired the Coral Spikes with 3mm Olive Shell Heishi, and 4mm smoked topaz Swarovski Crystal Bicones. The discs of Shell Heishi have been placed between the Coral Spikes — separating one from the next — adding structure and design interest. The Swarovski Crystal Bicones are faceted and emit an attractive sparkle.
