St. John’s Wort is like liquid calm in a bottle. It has been used for centuries to provide relief to those who are feeling anxious, restless or nervous. The herb is also well known for its pain relieving effects. As calming as it is, St. John’s wort is not suitable for those suffering from serious depression.

Ingredients

Each ml contains 250 mg of St. John’s wort herb tops (Hypericum perforatum) in a non-medicinal base of grain alcohol and purified water.

Non Medicinal Ingredients

40% gluten-free grain alcohol and purified water.

Suggested Usage

St. John's wort is used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve nervousness and restlessness.

Directions:

Take St. John's wort for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. For best results, take on an empty stomach, which means about 15 minutes before a meal or snack, or at least 1 hour after. 

Adults 18 and over: take 2.5 ml, 3 times per day.

For best absorption, squirt the tincture under your tongue and hold it there for a few seconds, then swallow. If you want to remove the alcohol, add the dosage to a half cup of boiled water. The alcohol will evaporate off. Let it cool, and add honey or a splash of juice to make a yummy, calming drink!
