Yarn will be mailed to The Knotty Knittress. After you purchase the listing, you will receive an email with the address for shipping the yarn to.

Once the yarn is received your socks will be in the mail to you within 2-3 weeks (usually sooner, but based on the amount of orders this time may vary).

Customer is responsible for shipping the yarn to The Knotty Knittress. Make note with each skein what shoe size for each pair. The shipping cost in the order is to have the completed socks and scrap yarn sent back to the customer. If you would like to donate your left over scraps please add a note at check out.

Each pair is made on an Erlbacher Gearheart Speedster. Lycra held throughout for longevity and elasticity. In a color best matching the yarn. Each sock is finished by hand. 

Knit socks are meant to have negative ease, meaning they will fit snuggly. If you do not like your socks to fit snug please order the next size up.  Keep in mind the socks will grow with wear and shrink back down in washing. Please follow the recommended washing instructions on your yarn. 

There are 2 width options 

64 Stitches - measures approx. 3.75"  flat

72 Stitches - measures approx. 4"  flat

These socks are great sitting cozy around the house, or donning with a cute pair of boots.  This sock uses more of your yarn, which mean less scraps to deal with. Starting with a 1 inch folded cuff, transitioning into approx. a 7 inch leg all in stockinette. You may send a mini for different color heels and toes for no additional cost.

Shortie socks sit just above the ankle.
Covering the ankle, with a hung hem. You may send a mini for different color heels and toes for no additional cost.

~ Roll Top Sock $30

Roll top sit above the ankle with a double rolled stockinette cuff that shows off self striping wonderfully. This style shows the cuff above most shoes. The perfect sock to use contrasting minis with. Stockinette stitch throughout. You may send a mini for different color heels and toes for no additional cost.

~ Equal Distance Sock $35

These socks will be as tall as your foot is long, great sitting cozy around the house, or donning with a cute pair of boots.  This sock uses more of your yarn, which mean less scraps to deal with. Starting with a 1 inch 1x1 ribbed cuff, transitioning into a 3x1 ribbed leg ending in stockinette on the foot. You may send a mini for different color heels and toes for no additional cost.
