Practical beginner bondage methods:
Wrist binding: This is the most basic way. Use Bondage Rope to tie the wrists together, or tie the wrists to the head of the bed or other fixed objects.
Ankle binding: Use rope for bondage to tie the ankles together, or tie the ankles to the foot of the bed.
