Menstrual cycles are a vital sign for health, but they are also a very intimate part of who God has designed us to be as women. In this text, single Catholic women are invited to discover the rich Language of the Body written into and expressed through their unique menstrual cycles. Science and theology are woven together to teach the basics of cycle charting for health (not family planning) side-by-side with reflections on the meaning of this information in light of our faith.

By learning about three key cycle biomarkersÑcervical fluid, basal body temperature, and LH testsÑ you can identify ovulation in your cycle, gain valuable insights into your health, and incorporate your cycle more deeply into your identity as a beloved daughter of God.
