- Two individual 12" x 20" die-stamped openings with sealed food wells for wet operation.
- Independent thermostatic controls help maintain consistent temperatures in each well.
- Stainless steel top, ends, and open shelf base are built for commercial durability.
- Includes a full-length 8" cutting board and a removable 7" plate shelf for service efficiency.
- Drain system is manifolded to a common gate valve for easier cleanup.
- 6" adjustable legs help set the unit to a comfortable 36" working height.
