Well, now we’re happy to be offering the first Chardonnay from Parsec Cider. And it’s absolutely fantastic, but also, super limited. It’s a single neutral barrel from the already prestigious, yet still fairly young vines, grower Mark Royer on the Southern bench of the Eola-Amity Hills. Super terroir driven the volcanic and fractured basalt presence is immediately apparent. Lush and perfectly ripe orchard fruits are framed by taut citrus-like acidity that drive the long finish. This wine is all about the terroir and this vineyard is already racking up the scores. Don’t miss out on this one!
