Smoothly pivoting through 180°, the box end head holds any angle to slide onto fasteners. It is free to move with each stroke, allowing the wrench to navigate around obstructions along the swing path. A 6-point opening provides a sure, snug fit on hex-shaped fasteners so you can apply maximum torque without slipping off, preventing knuckle aggravation. To prevent round-off, the box end opening contacts and applies force to the flat sides of fastener heads rather than the corners. Equipped with a 72-tooth ratchet gear that needs just 5° of swing arc to reach the next tooth position, it is fast and efficient when there is not much room to move. The open end is angled 15 degrees, allowing the wrench to be flipped over with each rotation to engage the fastener twice as often when you are working in tight spaces. The set includes a Store-and-Go Keeper. I now have a new favorite real estate investing book. Real Estate by the Numbers has now been added to my permanent investing collection of must-reads. I bought Frank's book, similar topic, 20 years ago as I began my then "casual" interest in investing. I find J & Dave's book more accessible with anecdotal stories that help deliver the content in an easy-to-grasp style for both newcomers and existing real estate pros alike. Know anybody seeking financial freedom through real estate investing? Buy them a copy of J &Dave's new book (or both)!

Great, Awesome, and Entertaining
Format: Paperback
My son loves this graphic novel! We preordered, it just arrived and we are already a little over halfway thru. My son is still a toddler so I have to read it to him. I'm enjoying it just as much as he is. The story is actually broken up into two smaller books. There's no other chapters but plenty of "natural pauses" to indicate a change in scene. The story so far is great. Very entertaining with some nice humor mixed in. Love the artwork style as well. You won't be disappointed with purchasing this.
