Both the egg cups and the teapot have a woollen inner lining, wool has brilliant temperature regulation and moisture wicking properties which help disperse and keep the heat to your eggs/ ceramic of the teapot. This is furthered by Bakelite feet to keep them apart from the top and spherical handles to the top so you can safely open when you are ready.

This particular teapot has a hammered effect to the metal case with a latch to the front to open with an internal removable strainer and lid which is joined to the metal case. The woollen lining does show some discolouring with use over time as shown, this would not however affect its effectiveness. Internally to the post however there is minimal to no discolouration and only shows crazing to the glaze throughout. It marked with “PB / B, Made In England, Patent No. 523942” on the base, identifying it as part of the Everhot brand. It measures at approximately 17cm in total height and 24cm from end of spout to edge of handle.

The egg cups are in beautiful condition with no major external marks to the metal casing or the Bakelite stands or handles. There minimal discolouration to the woollen lining and opens very easily. One egg cup has a small dink towards the base on one side. They are marked as “Kosy Kraft Made In England” to the base. Each egg cup measures at approximately 11cm in total height.
