Bioglan Thyroid Balance also contains the herbs Ashwagandha and Schizandra, which are traditionally used in Ayurvedic herbal medicine as adaptogens to help the body adapt to stress and reduce mental fatigue.

Active ingredients:
Tyrosine 500 mg; Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 200 IU) 5 micrograms; Zinc (as zinc citrate dihydrate) 7.5 mg; Iodine (as potassium iodide) 75 micrograms; Selenium (as selenomethionine) 75 micrograms; Retinol acetate (Equivalent to Vitamin A 200 micrograms RE) 229.4 micrograms; Ascorbic acid 50 mg

Schisandra chinensis fruit ext. dry conc. 37.5 mg; Equivalent to Schisandra chinensis fruit dry 750 mg; Withania somnifera root ext. dry conc. 75 mg; Equivalent to Withania somnifera root dry 1.5 g.

Directions:
Adults only: Take 1 capsule twice daily.

Contraindications and cautions

• Store under 25 °C.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or damaged.
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
• A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
• If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant. Do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
