Designed for commercial kitchens, the Helios 1200mm wide Freestanding Bench 3 x with Drop-in Front to Back Dual Hob Induction Cooktop features a durable Schott Ceran glass-ceramic surface, precise temperature control (29°C–218°C), and automatic pan detection.

Built on a sturdy stainless steel stand with a reinforced bench top, under-shelf, and splashback, it combines efficiency, safety, and seamless integration for professional cooking environments.

Other than that, the durability seems good, and it looks and feels like you would expect, but as stated, the plastic is flimsy and flutters around. Seems fairly mold resistant vs other liners I've used from the store (like cheaper Walmart ones etc).
