The DEKS DRC150S2 stainless steel repair clamp is designed for DN150 Series 2 pressure pipes with an outside diameter range of 177–187 mm that are cracked, damaged, split, or leaking. The clamp hardware is made from 316 grade stainless steel, ensuring corrosion-resistance and stable performance under long-term harsh outdoor operating conditions. The inner gasket is made of AS4020 potable drinking water approved nitrile rubber to provide a full 360° seal around the damaged pipe section.
The DEKS repair clamp range is water authority approved by WSAA and IAPMO OCEANA for use in Australia as a legal requirement. Using DEKS pipe repair clamps reduces the need to replace entire pipe sections and helps minimise disruption when most of the pipeline remains in serviceable condition.
