Adding, removing and repositioning accessories and roof loads is quick and easy with the BASE Rack's dovetail system, making it easier to install and remove individual items without disturbing the whole load. Plus, unlike traditional roof rack channels, the BASE Rack dovetail extrusion won't collect dust and debris. Interesting History
Format: Paperback
My husband grew up close to Donner so he knew this story well. I found it very interesting to hear this from him and visit the area many years ago. My kids had just visited the Donner museum over Thanksgiving break and my 10 year old loves the "Who Was" series and these "I Survived or Escaped" books. My 9 year also reads them.

While the “Donner Party” is a very disturbing topic from US history, I feel this book gently writes through the gory bits but keeps relevant to the suffering of those on Oregon Trail which makes this very suitable for young readers.
