We advise checking the width of the control arm and then ordering the appropriate bushings.These urethane performance bushings replace the stock rear upper outer control arm bushings on the Porsche 996 & 997 model 911. With the stock rubber bushings, the rear control arms have a lot of flex and deflection, which makes the car feel unstable and lack precision, especially during hard cornering. These urethane bushings are stiffer than stock rubber and will not deflect as much. This helps keep the alignment in check with less variation. A limited lifetime warranty means you'll likely never have to pay for another bushing ever again.Unlike other urethane bushings using only one or two urethane grades, Powerflex design engineers choose the correct hardness to allow for the specific movement or rigidity required for each component while minimizing unwanted NVH. Bushings are typically produced in one of three grades – Yellow (70-80A, approximately 25% stiffer than stock), Purple (80-90A, approximately 30% stiffer than stock), and Black (90-95A, approximately 80% stiffer than stock).  This bushing set is offered in Black only as that is the desired durometer necessary for this installation location.Sold as a set of fourfor the 996 and 997 model 911 rear upper control arms (see diagram).
