Description

Cruiser Step-ThroughPUBLIC and the classic beach cruiser both originate in California, so it stands to reason that our love of purposeful bicycle design combined with our proximity to some of the most well known beachs in California would lead us to create our very own cruiser. The PUBLIC Cruiser is our most stable design yet; a lower center of gravity, larger tires, and wide handlebars will draw riders of any level to its comfortable and relaxed riding position.

PUBLIC and the classic beach cruiser both originate in California, so it stands to reason that our love of purposeful bicycle design combined with our proximity to some of the most well-known beachs in California would lead us to create our very own cruiser. The PUBLIC Cruiser is our most stable design yet; a lower center of gravity, larger tires, and wide handlebars will draw riders of any level to its comfortable and relaxed riding position.

Designed with ease of use and durability in mind, the PUBLIC Cruiser is well suited for beach community life, leisurely rolling through city streets with confidence, or for someone who simply desires a bike that is stable and confidence-inspiring no matter where they live and ride. It has a simple and efficient, carefully selected single-speed drivetrain for rolling hills as well as flat routes, and is available in both step-through and diamond-shaped frame options.

The PUBLIC Cruiser is built from high-quality aluminum, making it lighter and less susceptible to corrosive salt air than other steel cruisers on the market. We also kept the traditional coaster brake design, freeing up your hands to carry your board or a morning coffee as you roll out to check the local surf conditions.

This bike is not eligible for our Ready to Ride shipping option due to oversize packaging restrictions. We encourage you to select Partner Pickup at checkout or work with a reputable shop in your area to schedule an appointment for their mechanics to build and tune the bike.

Light, comfy, and a brand you can trust with your feet
Size: 3.5 Big Kid, Color: Black/White
My son tears through shoes and somehow they're perpetually untied, no matter what we do. These are great as they don't need to be tied but look laced up, are very light and cushiony, and just look great so they go with everything. Saucony is also a great trusted brand that I've run a few marathons in myself, so I figured, let's try a pair and see how long they last. It's only been a few days but I'm getting good reviews from my son and they're his new go to pair.

Great shoe seems supportive
Size: 3.5 Big Kid, Color: Black/White
Bought the shoe because it was recommended by a podiatrist for young kids and I'm pleased with what seems like good support.

Good fit. Good support. Good for my new runner!
The quality definitely meets our expectations. The price point is pretty good; I can't swallow adult-sized prices for kid-sized shoes. Delivery was early...which my son really appreciated!

Falling apart
Size: 5 Big Kid, Color: Teal/Periwinkle, Size: 5 Big Kid, Color: Teal/Periwinkle
I bought these two weeks ago for my daughter to train and use for a mini triathalon she is doing and the sole tread are already coming apart in several areas. Including the toe. Not worth the money
