La magia del terroir veronese è tutta ricompresa nei vini marchiati Torre d’Orti: prova ne è questo Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC, taglio elegante, suggestivo e dotato di indubbie potenzialità. Le uve di corvina, corvinone e rondinella, una volta svolta la fermentazione, vengono travasate secondo il metodo tradizionale sulla vinacce di Amarone per circa 24-48 ore, per aumentare la complessità della proposta olfattiva e gustativa; poi si passa all’affinamento, svolto in botti di diverse capacità. Una bottiglia molto interessante, che si pone ai vertici della produzione aziendale, e che merita sicuramente più di un assaggio.

So sour! So yummy!

I loved these as a kid, so I bought some for my kids to try. They are just as sour and yummy as ever! If you've never had them, you can think of them as sort of a sweet tart kind of candy, but WAY more sour!
