The Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning 11 inspired this addition to our SnowWonder Theme Ornament Collection.
Six F-35s form the outer spokes of this lead-free pewter snowflake design. It is a keepsake that will stand the test of time and be handed down throughout the generations in remembrance.

In 2006, the F-35 was named "Lightning II" after the Lockheed P-38 Lightning of World War II. Some USAF pilots have nicknamed the aircraft "Panther" instead, and other nicknames include "Fat Amy" and "Battle Penguin." The aircraft's software was developed as six releases, or Blocks, for SDD.
The F-35 Lightning II is used by the U.S. Air Force, Navy, and Marine Corps:
F-35A: Used by the Air Force
F-35B: Used by the Marine Corps, the United Kingdom, and the Italian Air Force
F-35C: Used by the Navy
