This party is perfect for kids who love fairy-tale adventures, dancing, and active play. It blends imaginative princess moments with movement challenges, jumps, and flips for an unforgettable celebration.

Party Entertainment Includes:

• 1-hour princess party hosted by a professional character performer (Zoum Zoum Party)
• 1-hour mixed acrobatics session at PARAGYM led by experienced coaches
• 1-hour access to the mezzanine for lunch/snacks and cake (brought by the client)
• Up to 15 children included (additional participants can be added when booking) and Includes 2 parent chaperones
• Princess-themed storytime, games, and dancing
• Warm-up, ground moves, vaults, and flips on PARAGYM equipment
• Group & individual photo session with the princess
• Digital princess invitations
• Special certificate for the birthday child
• Colouring page signed by the princess for each child

Party Schedule Options

You can choose between a morning or afternoon schedule, depending on what works best for your family:

• Morning Schedule (Available Saturdays and Sundays)
  • 11 am – 12 pm: Princess activity with Zoum Zoum Party
  • 12 pm – 1 pm: Acrobatics activity in the gym with PARAGYM coaches
  • 1 pm – 2 pm: Mezzanine for lunch and cake (client brings their own food and cake)

Description of the Princess Party (Zoum Zoum Party)

Your princess entertainer arrives in full costume, greeting the children and inviting them into a charming royal celebration. The 60-minute party is gentle, interactive, and designed to adapt to the ages and energy level of your group.

• Royal Entrance: The princess introduces herself, chats with the children, and sets a warm, magical tone for the party.
• Princess Poses & Warm-Up: Simple stretches, royal poses, and light movement to help everyone feel comfortable and included.
• Interactive Activities:
  • Short musical moment or sing-along inspired by princess stories
  • Dance session with flowing “magical” movements or ribbons
  • Storytime featuring one of her princess friends or a royal adventure
  • Fun motor-skill games such as gentle obstacle paths, hoop games, or circle games adapted to the group
• Photo Session: Time for group and individual photos with the princess so families can capture lasting memories.
• Birthday Highlight: A special moment to celebrate the birthday child with a certificate and royal attention.

Description of the PARAGYM Acrobatics Experience

Children also explore PARAGYM’s mixed acrobatics environment—a safe, padded, spring-loaded indoor space built for movement, exploration, and fun. With guidance from experienced coaches, kids are encouraged to move with confidence and to try new skills at their own pace.

Here’s what the 1-hour acrobatics session includes:

• Warm-Up (10 min): Light cardio, stretching, and simple mobility exercises to prepare the body for movement.
• GROUND MOVES (15 min):
  • Quadrupedal animal-style movements
  • Playful physical games
  • Jumping, cartwheels, spins, and rolling
• VAULTS (15 min):
  • Safe parkour-inspired vaulting over padded obstacles
  • Techniques such as cat vaults, dash vaults, lazy vaults, and speed vaults
• FLIPS (15 min):
  • Learning basic front or side flips on the air-floor trampoline
  • Soft landing mats and step-by-step, safety-focused instruction
• Cool Down (5 min): Gentle stretching and a short wrap-up to close the activity.

The PARAGYM experience helps children become more aware of their bodies and surroundings, building coordination, balance, and confidence while they play.
