The Nike FlyEase technology makes it quick and easy to put on your shoes and take to the field without wasting a minute. The heel retracts to allow you to slide your foot on. The one-hand adjustable strap system wraps around your foot to hold it in place, then secures with a hook-and-loop fastener.
