- Online reservations are accepted on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
- Walk-in only on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).

Jewel Changi Airport:
- Online reservations are accepted daily (Monday to Sunday).

Mandarin Gallery:
- Valid on all days, including Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays, and Special Occasions.
- Applicable in conjunction with other store promotions, discounts, and sets.
- Vouchers are accumulative (multiple vouchers can be combined in a single transaction) and no minimum spend is required.
- Valid for dine-in only.
- Spending above the voucher value will be charged to the customer.
- Any unutilized amount is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
- The management is not responsible for replacing any lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers.
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
