Okonomiyaki (hay còn gọi là bánh xèo/bánh kếp mặn) là một món ăn đường phố vô cùng nổi tiếng của Nhật Bản, đặc biệt là ở thành phố Osaka. Okonomiyaki chủ yếu được làm từ bột mì, trứng, bắp cải thái nhỏ và kết hợp thêm một số nguyên liệu khác theo sở thích như thịt heo, mực, tôm, kimchi, phô mai...Bánh sẽ được ăn kèm với loại sốt giống như sốt takoyaki hay mayonnaise, và có thể rắc thêm một ít cá bào sợi, rong biển khô lên bề mặt góp phần làm tăng độ hấp dẫn cho món ăn.

Bánh có dạng hình tròn với đường kính khoảng 10cm, có độ dày vừa phải được làm từ những nguyên liệu như bắp cải, trứng gà, mực, bạch tuộc, bột cá ngừ và được tẩm gia vị vừa ăn. Bánh đã được làm chín sẵn, bạn chỉ cần mất khoảng 5 phút chiên giòn vàng là có thể ăn được ngay một dĩa okonomiyaki thơm nóng.

So... I had sunburn... very painful across my whole back, top of my forehead & the back of my arms. Stupid, I know... USE SUNBLOCK PEOPLE! However, if u don't because u want "a little color" and end up like me, then I highly recommend this after-sun product. It smells amazing and doesn't leave the sticky residue like green Aloe Vera. After rubbing it in, my hands feel super soft. It gives my skin the hydration it needs so I won't peel (and lose the tan I was desperate for). My personal hack... After the sensitivity of the burn calms, I like keeping a bottle in the fridge for that extra cooling sensation. I love this stuff! Sun Bum is a great product... u should definitely try the sunblock tho, it worked where I applied it! I didn't take a pic for obvious reasons, but when u rub it in, it will dry clear.
