ATGBICS compatible SF-C6112-F0D SFP 1000Base-CWDM form factor network transceiver supports a distance of up to 160km over single-mode fibre (SMF) using a wavelength of 1610nm via an LC Duplex connector. This product operates within a commercial temperature range. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present enabling real-time monitoring of the parameters of the fibre optic transceiver.

Flimsy, pretty obviously 3D printed. It's noticeably blue in color, but no one in the front seats will notice.
This is good as an aesthetic bandage fix, but I'll go back to sourcing an OEM piece.
