The Fox Union Flat Pedal Shoe is built upon a rugged Ultratack outsole made with brotobutyl. The sole is made up of hexagonal lugs, which effectively lock your feet into flat pedals. This is paired with a toe and heel design which makes hiking the bike easy, even in rough conditions. The EVA outsole focuses on cushioning, support, and pedalling efficiency, which is paired with the custom-tunable Insoles with arch support, and the ability to purchase half-sizes. The welded construction and moulded toe-cap provide protection from the elements as well as rock strikes.
