The fine foliage that gently arches is a powdery grey blue turns warm gold to amber as it fades in fall to winter. In summer, stems holding airy clusters create a cloud of rosy amber flowers above the foliage in late summer which breifly turn red before tanning and persist through winter. Prefers part sun and moist well drained soils. Type: Orn.
