Using blue flame heating technology, heat is distributed similar to your central home heating system. This Blue Flame Wall Heater burns with 99.9% efficiency and operates on Propane only. Not for sale in California or Canada. Check your local regulations on installation restrictions and requirements. Propane use requires 100 lbs. tank or larger with 2-stage adjustable regulator available from the gas company. DEPENDABLE - Ideal for daily supplemental or emergency use, such as power outages. My daughter usually wears a 7-8. Size 8 pants have to have the elastic pulled tight. I got the size M (8 years). It was way too tight on her. Had to send it back. We did like the way it looked and felt, but just too small.
