DIRECTIONS:
Beginner
For every 160L (40 US gallons), apply 2.5mL (half a cap) twice a week, or adjust based on signs of nitrogen deficiency (such as stunted growth or chlorosis). If you require smaller doses, keep in mind that each cap thread equals roughly 1mL.

Expert
The beginner dosage increases nitrogen by an amount equivalent to 1 mg/L nitrate. This amount can facilitate roughly 4g of dry growth or about 20g (hydrated) over the course of a month, provided all other essential nutrients are available. For enhanced growth, use a proportionately larger amount.

To achieve a specific nitrogen increase, follow this formula: 0.25vn=m, where v represents the tank volume in gallons, n is the desired nitrogen increase (if using a "nitrate equivalent" for "n", apply a factor of 0.05 instead of 0.25 in the formula), and m is the product volume to be used in mL. For instance, to elevate 20 gallons by 0.20 mg/L nitrogen, you would calculate: 0.25*20*0.20=1mL.
