This is a cable management solution for pellet grills. This will fit any grill with a metallic surface that's not stainless steel including other models of recteq and grills from other manufacturers.

The mount is a great solution to hide excess cable for the grill so it's not laying on the ground or visible to the eye. It can also be used to store the cable while the grill is not in use or in transport. Quickly unravel the cord by simply removing the device and sliding the cord off all at once.

It uses 2 epoxy coated rare earth magnets to hold the power cable to the under or back side of the the grill. The standard magnets are each rated for well over a total of 30 lbs direct touch/direct pull.  The extra strength magnets are more than double the pulling power of the standard magnets.

Recommended location/orientation is horizontal on the bottom of the pellet hopper or grill and away from heat. The will both hide the unit/wires and not have it slide due to lack of friction from smooth magnets on a smooth metal surface. If you choose to mount it vertically, it is recommended to use the included TPU magnet covers, or use a piece of black duct tape/electrical tape to create friction so the item is less likely to slip from the weight of the cord attached.

Based on customer feedback I have added to add 2 textured TPU (jelly phone case material) magnet covers for greater grip in vertical orientation. This should reduce the slipping if you load it when vertical. It also can be used as an added protection for the magnets against the elements. The TPU magnet covers are removable/replaceable. Please reach me if you want to purchase the magnet covers only for a nominal fee plus shipping.

Also based on customer feedback I have added an option for extra strength magnets. The size of the device remains the same, but I've stacked 2 rare earth magnets to give it up to double the pulling power. This should work better in all orientations, including vertically.

Note 1:  It will not attach to stainless steel.
