He, his wife, and two stepsons built a sustainable home in the woods near Lawson's Fork Creek. Soon after settling in, Lane pinpointed his location on a topographical map. Centering an old, chipped saucer over his home, he traced a circle one mile in radius and set out to explore the area.
What follows from that simple act is a chronicle of Lane's deepening knowledge of the place where he'll likely finish out his life. An accomplished hiker and paddler, Lane discovers, within a mile of his home, a variety of coexistent landscapes--ancient and modern, natural and manmade. There is, of course, the creek with its granite shoals, floodplain, and surrounding woods. The circle also encompasses an eight-thousand-year-old cache of Native American artifacts, graves of a dozen British soldiers killed in 1780, an eighteenth-century ironworks site, remnants of two cotton plantations, a hundred-year-old country club, a sewer plant, and a smattering of mid- to late twentieth-century subdivisions. Lane's explorations intensify his bonds to family, friends, and colleagues as they sharpen his sense of place. Good product

I have used 1/2 bottle since December. Easy to use on dry skin, I use it before showering. I Probably don’t use it enough, simply because I forget. I have had dry peeling skin on my forehead recently and thought, oh I should use it there. I have to say, it made a big difference. One use and the dry skin came off and my forehead looks much better. I was having a hard time with makeup looking splotchy and now it goes on smooth.

Makes the skin smooth and soft

The product is wonderful. The first time I used it, it took off alot of the dead skin on my feet. Better than the "egg" or pumas stone. And bonus my hands are rough to and while rubbing on feet it rubbed off my hands as well and the hands are smoother too. NICE. Has a vick's vapor rub smell to it. Not overly strong. Im looking forward to having my feet smooth for the first time, ever!!! The only thing is the bottle it comes in. I could not get the sprayer to work. The off button worked beautifully but the on button did not work. When on it pumped but nothing came out. I even had my family and friends try to get it to work, but to no avail. So I put it in another spray bottle which worked and it was fine. Love the product!

Works great,smells like Noxema

This is a great exfoliater. I use it once a week from face to toes. The smell reminds me of Noxema wich I'm not fond of but it's dose rinse off well. Works on both wet and dry skin wich I like better than a different brand which only works on dry skin.

No change in hyperpigmentation

I've suffered with hyperpigmentation on my armpits and have been using this for about a month now. I don't see a difference as far as the hyperpigmentation. I use it every other day before I shower but I will give three stars since it does smell great and leaves my armpits feeling soft after each use.

This product works great but there should be a disclaimer or lil tip for my guys and girlies who have longer leg hair…you might perhaps trim the legs hairs first or skip the legs altogether cuz girl this ish pills tf up and it took me a good 45 minutes to get it off my legs lol. Think bazookah bubblegum stuck on your skin after blowing a bubble that exploded 😭 5 star product but deducting one star for my poor legs
