The Ion Pro is the latest improvement to the VAS Ion series antennas incorporating a more sophisticated element system for a high axial ratio omni-directional signal.  Not only is the gain the highest of any single CP omni at a true 2.5dbic offering longer range, the refined circular pattern of the antenna allows pilots to operate in the most difficult RF environments such as urban areas and race courses.  Designed to be used as both a transmitter and a receiver antenna, the Ion Pro is the perfect choice for professional pilots who need to get their signal where other antennas simply can’t.  Each antenna is tested not only for SWR, but also for radiation pattern and axial ratio during the manufacturing process to ensure that every antenna performs to the highest standard.

          When I first received this blanket I washed it by itself in cold water with detergent. I did not use a fabric softener or a fabric sheet. I air dried it completely and then put it in my dryer on air fluff for 10 minutes. No shedding and it came out just like I received it. I was concerned about shedding with some of the reviews but I had no issues with that whatsoever. It's warm yet lightweight. I didn't want anything that would make me overly hot because I'm always hot anyway. It takes that cool edge off when you still want your overhead fan on. My daughter said she likes it better than the one she has. I can't remember the brand. I feel it has a good quality. Just make note to wash it as instructed and it'll hold up well and look just as nice as the way you bought it. I'm not sure how the other reviewers that didn't leave 5 stars washed there's, but it couldn't have been the correct way.
