Frank Zappa – “What's New in Baltimore?” 1981: Complete Early & Late Shows from the Baltimore Performance Now Available in Soundboard Quality!

A rare gem from Frank Zappa’s 1981 U.S. tour makes its debut — the early and late shows from his Baltimore concert are now available in superb soundboard quality!

Recorded on November 15, 1981 at the Painter’s Mill Star Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland, this release captures both performances from the day. The show features the fitting track “What’s New in Baltimore?”, parts of which have been officially released in the past, but this collection brings together previously unreleased soundboard recordings for the first time.

With a fiery triple-guitar lineup featuring Steve Vai, Ray White, and Zappa himself, this era of the band is a fan favorite—and this newly surfaced live recording is a must-listen for collectors and Zappa enthusiasts alike!

Excellent value, flawless performance for well over a year and no signs of quitting.
Color: Green/Black
Excellent value, had this for well over a year and it still keeps perfect time, still water resistant. No worries about having to change batteries. Owned a fancy expensive (battery) watch once and the dept. store repair intentionally sabotaged the watch in the hopes I would purchase another from them. Yeah, good luck with that, lost my business forever. This is the 21st century, cell phones are the new time pieces, but solar is totally reliable and Timex makes it happen. Holds a charge for many months, although I prop it in a bright window for a few days every few months or so just to make sure the cells are always fully charged, although it's probably unnecessary, just being over cautious. I haven't actually experienced this watch ever running out of power even after months of use. Damn impressive, as it should be.

Good value for solar watch
Color: Black/Orange
Nice watch! It is plastic like but it is solar. No indiglo button only a little luminous on the hands so you don't want to wear it in tje dark and expect to check the time. 45mm case is good size for my wrist and the band works good also, Not too long not too short. Overall a good watch with no problems

Do not buy
Color: Green/Black
Do not buy. When I received the watch it did not work and the battery was dead. I bought a new battery and it killed that one as well after about a month.

Inexpensive doesn’t mean cheap.
Color: Black/Orange
After 10 months, zero complaints. Well, I got rid of the horrible NATO strap 🙄. That’s a personal preference. Easy to swap out to whatever you like. Keeps accurate time meaning it’s the same time. I’m not micro analyzing it and the seconds gained/lost. It has a confident look and feel and makes you feel good when wearing it. Sure it’s not high priced but it’s not cheap. Very comfortable, light and not unincumbered. If this is what you’re looking at, you’d be satisfied. Great looking, durable and simple watch. Full confidence.
