Fitted with roller buckles, keepers to snug fit, and available in Black or Havana with Brass or Zinc FittingsNow also used to attach a neck strap to a breastplate, in order to meet the new 2019 FEI ruling that neck straps must be attached to a saddle or breastplate at the FEI level.
