The plate has been pre coated with Human GPX2 antibody. GPX2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human GPX2 Antibody is added and binds to GPX2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated GPX2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away

The Human (GPX2) Glutathione Peroxidase 2 ELISA Kit measures Glutathione Peroxidase 2 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human GPX2 antibody. GPX2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human GPX2 Antibody is added and binds to GPX2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated GPX2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human GPX2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

The perfect soap bag for me
I'm new to using soap bags, I've tried a few different brands so far and this one is by far my favorite. I love how soap bags create a rich lather with bar soap while exfoliating but the ones I tried before this brand were way too rough to use on a daily basis, my skin would be red after showering. I was hesitant to buy these due to the lack of reviews but I'm glad I did, with how amazing this product is I hope more people find these and try them out. I plan to buy a few more packs in case they ever stop making these, the price is very reasonable as well.
