Realizing that the OE exhaust tip could be improved, aFe designed a special dual 4" polished, aFe laser-etched, 304 stainless steel, slash-cut exhaust tip assembly that is more free-flowing that the stock tip assembly. The aFe dual tip assembly can be used with the stock exhaust system or with the aFe exhaust system (P/N 49-36411). This aFe tip assembly comes with a brushed finish and is 100% hand TIG-Welded for a perfect, precise fit and a complete bolt-on installation. No modifications necessary. Unique Balance Chamber / Diverter Design: The aFe exhaust tip assembly incorporates a diverter extension into the balance chamber directs exhaust gases more smoothly and efficiently while retaining the balance chamber. This unique design resulted in improved performance across the power band. Hassle-Free installation: O.E. like fitment allow for a simple, hassle-fee installation with no modifications necessary. 4 in. Aesthetic Distribution Tool
This distribution tool is so aesthetically pleasing. It looks great on my tamp mat that sits out on my counter. The tool does have a more delicate feel but that was not unexpected since it is basically a bunch of grouped needles. I’ve not had any of my needles break or need replaced yet (I’ve only had my tool for about two weeks now though) but there are backup needles included with the tool so I am not worried about it!
This tool is super easy to use, you just stir it gently in your grounds to fluff them. Quality tools are going to cost a bit more so I feel like the price wasn’t unreasonable.

Hefty Feel
This is a solid feeling WDT tool. It has a good weight in the hand. While it may not have the fancy push down and auto rotating mechanism, it still functions very well. The stainless steel needles are long and can easily reach the bottom of the portafilter with a magnetic dosing funnel attached.
It's a solid WDT tool for the price. Easy to clean, easy to use, looks and feel premium.

It’s fine.
I would prefer the needles be straight, and I couldn’t make them that way. The method for replacing the needles is … fine. I would also prefer the base of the holder be closed rather than open. It works well, but didn’t meet my expectations.

Elegant! 👍👍
I didnt just want a WDT tool. They basically all do the same job. I wanted something that was elegant and beautiful to look at. This is it!
No plastic here. The base is solid metal and thick heavy at the bottom so as to not get knocked over. Top is a real nice smooth wood.
