Vacheron Constantin Automatic Ultra-Thin Ref. 7416 – Blue Dial, 18k White Gold, Calibre K1120, With Original 1973 Papers

A masterpiece of Geneva elegance, this Vacheron Constantin Ref. 7416 epitomizes the golden age of 1970s ultra-thin watchmaking. Crafted entirely in 18k white gold—case and integrated bracelet—this rare example combines sculptural refinement with horological purity. Most notably, it comes accompanied by its original Vacheron Constantin papers from 1973, a seldom-seen completeness that elevates it from a beautiful vintage watch to a historically anchored collector’s treasure.

At the heart of this reference is the revered Calibre K1120, one of the thinnest and most prestigious automatic movements ever created. Paired with a deep blue dial, a Clous de Paris–textured case and bracelet, and an unpolished profile, this watch delivers peak 1970s Vacheron—the era when the maison quietly produced some of its most artistic and refined dress watches.

For the collector seeking rarity, pedigree, and mechanical excellence in a single piece, this Ref. 7416 offers a near-unrepeatable opportunity.

Case & Bracelet – 18k White Gold With Clous de Paris Architecture

The 18k white gold case of this Ref. 7416 showcases a blend of geometric precision and elegant slimness—classic Vacheron Constantin design language from the early 1970s. The surfaces feature an intricate Clous de Paris (hobnail)finishing, applied not only to the bezel but extending along the case and the integrated bracelet, creating a mesmerizing interplay of light and texture.

Crucially, the case appears most likely unpolished, preserving the original factory lines and the distinct finishing that would be nearly impossible to replicate today. The presence of natural sharpness and symmetry around the lugs and bezel greatly enhances its collector appeal.

The matching 18k white gold bracelet, beautifully constructed and stamped Vacheron Constantin, is of notably high quality and weight—reminding the wearer that this is haute horlogerie disguised as minimalist jewelry. It comfortably fits wrists up to 18cm, with micro-adjustment available inside the clasp for fine tuning.

Please note: the bracelet shows a slight twist, a common trait in vintage precious-metal integrated bracelets. Importantly, this is not noticeable on the wrist and does not affect structural integrity or comfort.

Dial – A Deep Blue Masterpiece, Stunningly Preserved

The original blue dial is the soul of this watch—rich, vibrant, and beautifully preserved. Its surface retains an even tone, free from corrosion or spotting, and displays a subtle sunburst effect that catches the light dynamically.

Slim applied indices and matching thin hands maintain the ultra-thin aesthetic, while the minimal text keeps the composition clean and timeless. The Vacheron Constantin–signed crown completes the originality and aesthetic harmony.

Finding a 1970s Vacheron blue dial in such untouched condition is unusual; finding one with papers is rarer still.

Movement – Legendary Vacheron Constantin Calibre K1120

Inside the slim white gold case beats one of the great achievements of 20th-century horology: the Vacheron Constantin Calibre K1120.

Developed alongside Audemars Piguet and used only in the finest ultra-thin references, the 1120 family is renowned for:

  • Its remarkably thin 2.45mm architecture

  • A suspended 21k gold rotor (held by a peripheral beryllium rail)

  • Exceptional finishing and hand decoration

  • Reliability despite its delicacy

This movement is a technical and artistic icon—still referenced today as one of the most beautiful automatic calibres ever produced.

The movement runs smoothly and keeps excellent time, a testament to its enduring craftsmanship.

Papers & Provenance – A Complete 1973 Vacheron Constantin Set

Accompanying the watch are its original Vacheron Constantin documents, including the warranty and certificate, all dating to 1973. Such completeness is exceptionally hard to find, especially for a white gold, ultra-thin automatic model.

These papers solidify its authenticity, elevate its collectibility, and add a dimension of historical continuity that few vintage pieces can claim.

Fantastic writing and non-stop action
Format: Kindle
This is a promising, fantastic beginning to what will be a 4-book series. Some readers may be content to read only the first 2 books, but I think you'll find that the story is so good that you'll want to keep reading books 3 and 4. Book 1 is about omega Elvana's introduction to the "Starling" brothers and their search for another missing person, Kelly. It's a bit of a rocky start, with deception and betrayal a key element. Hardly an auspicious beginning. Each member has their own path and purpose in the pack. Their interactions and the resulting narrative are so well-written that I found it difficult to put down. There is a cliffhanger that will have you reaching for book 2 as you finish, so make sure you have it on hand.

Fun read
Format: Kindle
I'm not really into mafia books but I love Roxy Collin's other series so I decided to give it a try. It had the same great romance, spice, swoon-worthy characters and exciting plot that are her signature. Arben was my favorite, although it was a bit sudden how quickly he changed from ignoring her to wanting to be pack. There were almost too many twists/layers of lies to keep track of but I'm looking forward to reading the other books. The only thing that detracted from the story for me was the need for a bit more proofreading. It was mentioned that Kelly is a female and male at different points, leading me to think she changed her mind at some point about the character's gender but didn't go back and edit it to align in all places. Like another reviewer pointed out, step siblings are different than half siblings. They are incorrectly referred to as step siblings because they (allegedly) share the same biological dad. There are a few other typos as well but those aren't a big deal.

Stepbrothers, Secrets, and Sizzling Heat
Format: Kindle
Twisted Lies by Roxy Collins is a wild ride through family secrets, amnesia, and a steamy stepbrother romance. When Kelly discovers her life is built on lies, she ends up tangled with three alpha stepbrothers and an assassin who once helped her through a heat. The tension? Off the charts! The heat is real, and the complications are messy in the best way. Full of twists, secrets, and fated mates? You'll be hooked from page one! Love omegaverse drama with a dash of taboo? This one's for you!

Good read
Format: Kindle
The book has some good twists and turns, but truthfully I was so confused on some things. It didn't have a good flow for me personally. Not sure if it's due to typos or using him/her wrongly, but I thought Kelly was both a guy and a girl. Actually I still don't know, and it made me incredibly frustrated. It would refer to Kelley as him or he, and then again in another part of the story as her she and sister. On to the next book, I hope there is some clarity and a smoother flow. This is a slow burn, and I just don't know how much I care for the Alphas yet. Idk if I recommend.

the lies
Format: Kindle
This is amazing fast pace read that is full of plot twists and lies that keep getting bad. This is a story we’re a omega has been lied to by her mother and finds out that someone is slowing dieing. 3 alpha take the omega and feed her more lies so they can use her against her father so they can find their mate Kelly. This is a dark read and ends in a cliffhanger and so good.
