You can blend puree, mix and emulsify directly in the cooking pot. Indispensable for the preparation of soups, salad dressings, gravy, sauces, mayonnaise, re-fried beans, batters, and many other products.
It has been designed to work in large containers holding up to 300 litres. For maximum safety and convenience as well as assisting with the operation of the mixer, a mixer hook support is included.
Often utilised in manufacturing facilities which require the mixing of products in large quantities, and specifically for bratt pans.
