Kat Finnerty is an inspirational author, yoga teacher and mother of three who has overcome huge odds to reclaim her life back from a series of never-ending disasters and 'Kat'astrophes. Ironically, she now bases herself in the most disaster-prone country on Earth facilitating health and wellness retreats. In her spare time, she embarks on challenging adventures that push her well outside her comfort zone. Her ultimate aim is to stop people from suffering needlessly by showing them how to become a master of disaster.
