Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (ACV), local raw honey, organic horseradish, organic garlic, organic onion, organic fresh ginger, organic fresh turmeric, organic oranges, organic lemon, habanero chili, organic parsley, organic thyme, organic rosemary, and black peppercorns.

How we make our fire cider
Whole foods are chopped and submerged in ACV, then left to infuse for 6+ weeks. Then the infusion is juiced, strained and filtered multiple times, mixed with local raw honey, and transferred into a sterilized glass bottles with a plastic lid.

Taking fire cider
Taking one dose of fire cider daily as an immunity shot is a great way to keep sickness at bay. But for times when you feel any indication of possible sickness, like coughing, sneezing, sniffles, sore or scratchy throat, etc., or even after being with people who may have been sick, taking 1 dose every 3-4 hours will kick your immune system into high gear and symptoms should subside within 24-48 hours. Once symptoms are gone, you can resume a daily preventative dose. 

Shake well before every dose. Take with or without food. Do not give to children under 1 year of age. The low pH of the vinegar gives this tonic an indefinite shelf life at room temperature. It must not be stored in metal or with a metal lid
