And then biotinylated Rat CSF2 Antibody is added and binds to CSF2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CSF2 antibody. After

The Rat (GM-CSF) Granulocyte-macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor ELISA Kit measures Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor in Rat samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Rat CSF2 antibody. CSF2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Rat CSF2 Antibody is added and binds to CSF2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated CSF2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Rat CSF2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

The quality is better than expected for the price. Seat cushion is firm but not overly hard, wheels roll nicely, piston goes up and down smoothly, and assembly is quick and easy. The one major caveat is that it's quite small. If the user is going to be maybe 5'4 or less, it'll work (this was for a child, so it turned out great). But even on a 5'6 user, the seat is rather shallow (front to back) and the armrests are so low that your elbows won't reach unless you have freakishly long arms. If you're after a cheap office chair for brief adult use, or for kids, this is perfect. I don't know how they turn a profit given that it's a fully functional office chair, shipped from China to your doorstep, for only $30. However, if you're of average height or bigger, it's probably going to be too small for you.
