Esoteric Recordings are pleased to announce the release of a new re-mastered and expanded edition of the album Psi-Fi by SEVENTH WAVE. Released in 1975 by Gull Records, Psi-Fi was the second album by SEVENTH WAVE, initially a studio project which was the brainchild of musicians KEN ELLIOTT and KIERAN O'CONNOR (previously with the pioneering group Second Hand). Psi-Fi followed on from the acclaimed Things to Come (released the previous year) and was the result of many sessions at Chalk Farm Studios in London. Unlike the previous Seventh Wave album, Psi-Fi saw keyboard player / vocalist Ken Elliott and percussionist Kieran O'Connor were joined in the studio by such guests as keyboard player HUGH BANTON (of Van Der Graaf Generator), vocalists ROB ELLIOTT and PEPI LEMER and bass guitarist STEVE COOKPsi-Fi was another ground-breaking album and was critically acclaimed upon it's release, being very much ahead of it's time, proving inspirational to a new generation of musicians. The album has now been re-mastered from the Gull master tapes and includes two bonus tracks; the single versions of Manifestations and Only the Beginning (Part 1) (previously unreleased on CD). This new edition of Psi-Fi restores the original album artwork and features an essay by Malcolm Dome and exclusive interviews with Ken Elliott, Hugh Banton and producer Neil Richmond

I would not recommend if you can afford something more expensive
So far the sublimated color is not true: (example) the pretty pink comes out as orange on both polyester fabric and wooden coaster using the only three setting on the printer: paper, photo glossy, photo matt. There is no “presentation” setting for the excellent color I had on the Epson ET-2800 (which I would NOT recommend for durability nor Epson’s customer service!).
I purchased Epson, again, ONLY because I could not afford other sublimation printers and this one had the best reviews of what I could find. But Epson has its customers held hostage by way of the ink. IF YOU USE ANY BRAND SUBLIMATION INK OTHER THAN EPSON, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. And Epson ink is EXPENSIVE (“average” is ~ $0.55/print based on 200 pages/bottle) when compared to the brand offered on Amazon as a substitute.
So I’d recommend buying the Assurion coverage if you plan to use sublimation ink other than Epson. That is the ONLY thing that saved me when the ET-2800 went Caput (twice!). (The last time it was trashed, so Assurion refunded the original purchase price—within the mfr warranty time which Epson refused to honor.)

Get’s the job done.
It works good. It didn't come with a cord or clear instructions on how to use it. I used my cord from my printer to get it started. I would have sent it back but you can't once you add ink.
