Bit Kit Beginners – Six Essential Bits to Get Started with Confidence

Total value: 63.51 — 20% off!

A thoughtfully selected set of six e-file bits designed for those new to using a nail drill. This kit covers the basics — product removal, cuticle care, shaping, and finishing — without overwhelming you with too many options. Each bit is chosen to be forgiving and versatile, making it easier to learn proper technique while still delivering professional results. The kit includes

Tungsten Carbide Nail Drill Bit 13-2-2 – Fine

A cylinder-shaped carbide bit with a safe rounded tip for gentle removal of gel and acrylic. Fine grit allows for controlled work near the cuticle area, and the safety tip helps prevent accidental injury while learning.

Diamond Nail Drill Bits D-65, shape rounded cylinder – Fine

A rounded cylinder shape for gentle nail prep and cuticle work. Fine grit is ideal for polishing around the nail plate and refining the cuticle area without being too aggressive.

Diamond Nail Drill Bits D-114 bud – Medium

A bud-shaped bit with a rounded tip for lifting cuticles and cleaning nail walls. The medium grit offers enough cutting power for effective cuticle work while remaining forgiving for beginners.

Coated Diamond Nail Drill Bits DCZ-81, shape Barrel Tapered – Medium

A tapered barrel shape with a special coating that reduces heat and material sticking. Good for cuticle lifting, opening sinuses, and refining nail edges. The coating also helps the bit last longer.

Coated Diamond Nail Drill Bits DCK-124, Flame shape with a rounded tip – Fine

A flame shape with a rounded safe tip for detailed cuticle elevation and precision cleaning. The fine grit is ideal for delicate work around sensitive cuticles and for polishing the cuticle zone after removal.

Silicone Drill Bits H-505 – Fine

A silicone bit for the finishing stage. The rounded bullet shape is easy to control and works well for smoothing the skin around the nail. Use with cuticle oil at the end of the service for a polished finish.

Nail Drill Bit Storage Box NC-10

Compact plastic case that holds up to nine 3/32" bits. Keeps bits organized and protected when not in use.

How To Use

This kit is designed to handle a variety of services, from natural nail maintenance to acrylic and gel work. Not every service will need every bit—just use what fits the task at hand.

If you're working with existing gel or acrylic, start with the Tungsten Carbide Cylinder Rounded (13-2-2) at 15,000–20,000 RPM to remove product. Work in one direction, parallel to the nail plate.

For natural nail prep—or after product has been removed—use the Diamond Rounded Cylinder (D-65) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to clean around the nail plate.

Switch to the Diamond Bud (D-114) at 6,000–10,000 RPM to lift cuticles and clean nail walls.

Use the Coated Diamond Barrel Tapered (DCZ-81) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to refine nail shape and clean around the cuticle area.

For detailed cuticle work, use the Coated Diamond Flame Rounded Tip (DCK-124) at 6,000–10,000 RPM.

At the very end of the service—after top coat has been cured—apply cuticle oil and use the Silicone Rounded Bullet (H-505) at 8,000–12,000 RPM to smooth the skin.

Specifications:

  • Shank Diameter: 3/32" (universal fit)

  • Speed Range: 15,000 – 25,000 RPM (varies by bit)

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5
