Dahl Medical Supply offers an Optional Rental Protection Plan for just $99 per rental period. This plan helps safeguard your mobility scooter rental from unexpected damages and service interruptions, so you can focus on staying mobile—without the worry.

What’s Included:

• Accidental Damage Coverage
  Covers minor cosmetic and functional damage to the scooter that may occur during normal use (scratches, broken armrests, tire damage, etc.).

• Battery Replacement Guarantee
  If the battery fails during your rental period, we’ll replace it at no charge—no questions asked.

• Priority Repair or Replacement
  If your scooter experiences a functional issue, we’ll prioritize repair or swap it out for a working unit within 24 hours (within our standard delivery zone).

• Rental Extension Coverage
  If a breakdown prevents you from using the scooter, we’ll extend your rental period to ensure you receive the full time you originally paid for.

• Rental Coverage While Serviced
  If your scooter requires service during the rental and can’t be used, we’ll cover the cost of a temporary replacement rental so you’re never without mobility.

Note: The Rental Protection Plan does not cover lost or stolen scooters, gross negligence, or intentional damage.
