- High: 46 RPM main agitator / 120 RPM secondary
- 304 SS anchor-style main agitator hugs kettle wall; nylon scraper blades wipe every inch.
- Counter-rotating 304 SS beater breaks up solids for consistent product texture.
- Bayonet-mount shafts remove in seconds for cleaning or kettle-only operation.
- Actuator-assisted lift plus positive rim-lock; safety device blocks high-speed starts when raised.

Cute mini backpack
I love the color, pockets are deep and zippers are smooth, it’s plenty deep and wide just wish it came in a 13/15 inch so it fits my planner but it works with a 5x7 one just next time I know if I want to fit a notebook in to get a bigger one
