Two 19th century wheel back/stick back kitchen or dining chairs.Super grain and patina on both of these elm seated chairs, very comfortable too. Both have a back wedge or tailpiece with 2 extra supporting spindles, one has a wheel back and spindles, the other a spindle back. Both very solid with no repairs I can see, except the stick back chair has a rather characterful small bulge in the hoop back where one of the spindles is inserted, but all very secure and solid, so I left it as is see photo.
