RUD Load Chain

Our chain is forged from the worlds largest chain supplier in in Germany, ensuring reliable performance and complete compliance according to EN 818-7 DAT/DT demanding conditions, some load chains on electric chain hoist are batch made and unbranded, which is is still compliant, but when you're lifting loads weighing that of an Elephant - you want to make sure there is no room for error!

If you come to need a remote after installation, no problem - the remote will still plug in with no need for compatibility checks. Having a wireless remote operation will always improve operator safety and convenience. Dual speed operation allows precision positioning at slow speeds and efficient lifting at higher speeds. 

4-way radio control & Lifting in Tandem

You can use the radio remote for up to 4 hoists, making it 4x more efficient than walking over to every hoist and grabbing the corded pendant. If you require the hoists to lift in tandem, we can configure a wireless remote for this. However, you will need to contact us for pricing.

Electrics - it's what's on the inside that counts

Quality Electrics from Eaton USA (125-250kg models) and Siemens Germany (500kg & above) have been used for the Delta hoist. It's common to see PCB boards in electric hoists, these are suceptible to faults and ultimately complete electrical failure, resulting in you forking out hundreds of pounds to source and repair. Delta uses relay contactors that don't require the use of a PCB board, if a relay blows due to normal wear and tear, you only need to replace that contactor, not the whole system. So you can purchase a new relay that can be installed in under a minute and cost a fraction of the price of a PCB board. That's reliable electrics and less downtime.... have we convinced you yet?

Adjustable Limit Switches

Electro-mechanical limit switches protect the chain, hook, and housing by stopping operation before mechanical limits are reached. Most hoists are supplied only with a lower limit. Resulting in a highly likely scenario that someone pulls the bottom hook right through your hoist body, rendering it irreparable. Upper and lower limit micro switches provide precise lifting heights, preventing over-travel. These safety features work automatically, requiring no operator intervention while providing comprehensive protection during normal operation.
