Trainer shirts, often worn by coaches or trainers in sports settings, come in various styles and designs but generally have a few common features:

  1. Material: Trainer shirts are typically made of breathable, moisture-wicking fabric. This material helps keep the wearer comfortable by wicking away sweat and allowing air circulation during physical activities.

  2. Fit: They usually come in a relaxed or semi-fitted style, allowing for ease of movement. The fit may vary based on personal preference or specific team/brand designs.

  3. Team/Brand Logo: Trainer shirts often display the team's logo or the logo of the brand they represent. In some cases, they might have the team's name or slogan printed or embroidered on the front or back.

  4. Color Scheme: Trainer shirts might align with the team's colors or have a specific color scheme associated with the coaching staff. However, they may also come in neutral colors like black, white, or grey, depending on the team's branding.

  5. Design Elements: While simpler in design compared to player jerseys, trainer shirts might have additional design elements like stripes, piping, or contrasting panels to enhance the overall look without being as ornate as the team's uniform.

  6. Practicality: Pockets or zippered compartments are sometimes incorporated into trainer shirts to allow coaches/trainers to carry small items like whistles, pens, or notebooks for tactical notes.

  7. Sleeves: They can come in short sleeves for warmer climates or long sleeves for cooler weather. Some shirts might have convertible sleeves that can be rolled up and secured.

  8. Branding: In addition to team logos, trainer shirts might also display the branding of sports apparel companies or sponsors associated with the team .

Weights are great, the stand is cheap but good
I bought this for our little home gym. The weights are accurate and comfortable to use. I did read reviews that said the plastic stand came broken for a lot of customers. I did not personally have this issue so maybe they upgraded their packaging. I can say it is a little flimsy but it works for me just fine and I don't plan on returning.

The stand DOES work! Amazing weight set! Perfect for beginners.
Style: 18lb, set of 6 with stand (Spring Bloom), Style: 18lb, set of 6 with stand (Spring Bloom)
When I got these for my beginner Pilates workouts, I absolutely loved everything about them except for the stand/rack (keep reading, the rack is actually awesome). The colors are so vibrant and beautiful and the material feels really good. The weights are 2lb, 3lb, and 4lb - this is perfect for a beginner like me who has never any used weights before. 4 lbs sounds light until you do your first 20 bicep curls ever - that’s when I realized they are perfect for my beginner level to build strength without hurting myself or flaring up my previous back and hip injuries. They have the hexagon type shape so they don’t roll away when you set them down. WELL I just couldn’t understand why the stand was pictured as an “A” shape and mine was “stuck” straight up and down so the weights had to be man handled to get them out of the rack. Or so I thought. Keep reading - I went back and I read through all the other reviews and didn’t see any other complaints about the stand, so I decided I had to take another look at mine. Well it turns out it was a user error. Lol. I wrestled with it trying to get a screwdriver under the handle to see if the screws needed to be loosened in order for it to slant in the “A” shape so the weights would come out more easily. I also tried to pull it really hard. Then I finally just grabbed one side of the stand and tried unscrew it to see if I could take it apart and rebuild it better. To my surprise - each side EASILY turned and clicked into place - with the weights FACING OUTWARD instead of inward. There’s plenty of space to get them out of the rack now! Watch the video I posted with this review to see how easy it is. Lol how embarrassing. But I know I can’t be the only one who thought they got a defective stand. Lol.
