This is an original one of a kind painting of Man O’ War Beach in Dorset.  It features a pheasant looking proudly off the cliffs at the beautiful Dorset coast.

I created this painting using watercolour paints and Caran d’ache neocolor pastels and luminance pencils. These materials are archival and lightfast meaning the colours will not fade if looked after properly. I start by creating a soft watercolour wash for the background, and once this is dry I gradually build up the details with pencils, pastels and Posca markers. This creates a lovely depth and texture to the piece. If you look really closely you can see all the different layers. I love to use bold colours to really capture the essence of the place. These pieces can be preserved properly by keeping them out of direct sunlight and framing them behind filter glass or acrylic. I have used 220gsm smooth heavyweight watercolour paper, which is acid free, and the pictures are then sprayed with a matt varnish fixative designed to preserve your artwork from any smudging or water damage. Your print will come unframed and un-mounted, backed by greyboard and packaged in a recyclable cello sleeve to protect it from any water damage. Your print will be signed and come with an artist certificate of authentication.

This print is A4 sized (210 x 297mm) and has a small, uneven boarder due to being hand painted. You can either pick a smaller mount and cover up the edges for a clean finish, or you could float mount it to enjoy the hand painted textures and edges. I hand-flatten my prints once completed, but due to the watercolour component they are not 100% flat. They will flatten out and look perfect once you have mounted and framed them.

Please note, the colours shown in these photos may vary slightly to the finished painting.

This is an original artwork and there is only one available.

They're okay, but they're quite bulky.
I liked the design and overall application of these, but they don't fit my needs. They definitely work well at protecting my hands from freezing weather, but they are way too bulky for regular motorcycle use. In my opinion, I feel that these would be much more suited for a snowmobile or ATV. If you treat them as what they’re mostly designed for — ATV/snow-related riding or cold-weather utilitarian use — these gloves are a solid buy. They deliver warmth, weather protection, and decent control through the TPU windows. But if you put them on a fast street motorcycle or expect “motorcycle-glove” levels of control and feel — they’ll likely disappoint or even pose safety trade-offs. In that context, lighter and more control-oriented gloves would probably serve you better. The reason I'm docking stars is because they're marketed toward motorcycle users, and they;re very impractical. The durability seems pretty good, as I've taken them out and even had a couple of rocks/road debris hit the TPU windows with no scratches or punctures. They're not super comfortable to use at highway speeds, especially since they fit so loose, and they tend to press my front brake/clutch which is very dangerous. I personally cannot recommend this product for motorcycle use, unless you already have handguards, which will probably negate the need for these at all. Invest in some good heated gloves and/or heated grips, and I think you'll be much safer and better off in the end. For the price, I think this is a good value, but they're just not for me.

All ATV owners need these.
These gloves are fabulous. Anybody having fun on a ATV need these. With my hand warmer and these gloves, I don’t wear anything else on my hands. They are great.

handlebar mittens
Too big. If using during snow plowing they are a burden due to need to take hands off controls, and shift from forward to reverse. Might be okay if just riding around on trails, etc.

Good quality, not great on clutch
The quality of these is very good. They break the wind very well. Too well, actually. On my bike when going above 60 MPH they press hard enough on the clutch to be a problem. I'm sure I'll still use them but they won't be of any value on the interstate. It's possible to hold the clutch while using them but, for me at least, I don't have the strength to do it for my 45 minute commute. Unfortunately, the openings seem to fold up making it difficult to get gloved hands into them quickly, which is my reason for subtracting a star.
