A beautifully restored Regency antique painted linen press, circa early 19th century, discovered in Provence and brought to Sussex, where it has been thoughtfully transformed into a truly one-of-a-kind statement piece. Crafted from solid timber and maintained in excellent condition, this linen press features a practical and elegant layout:
– Four sliding internal drawers in the upper cupboard, ideal for linens and textiles

– A detachable cornice and upper cabinet, allowing for easy transport and installation

Artistically refinished by hand, the exterior has been rag-rolled in layered tones of Annie Sloan Old White, Freda Blue, and Provence Turquoise, creating depth, texture, and a beautifully aged patina reminiscent of French country antiques.
