Underwater Treasures Eucalyptus Roots are safe for use in freshwater aquariums. Enhance the visual appeal of your aquarium with these exciting decorations! Medium - each piece is approximately 7" - 18". NOTE: Pieces vary in shape and size within the denoted range, and are chosen randomly at time of purchase. Before adding driftwood to your aquarium, it is best practice to pre-soak the wood in a bucket (or other container large enough for the wood) filled with warm, dechlorinated tap water for 24 to 48 hours. This will help to remove the tannins from the driftwood, as well as make sure it is waterlogged so that it will sink in the aquarium. If after adding the wood to your aquarium, you find that it is turning the water yellow, you can use carbon in your filter to remove the tannins, or repeat the pre-soaking process to remove more tannin before placing it back into the aquarium. Natural driftwood may also, on occasion, develop a milky or fuzzy white bacterial film after being placed in the aquarium. This film is harmless; however, it is best to remove the film in order to prevent it from becoming unsightly. This can be done by removing the wood, wiping it down with an aquarium safe sponge, soaking the wood in untreated tap water for 24-48 hours, and then returning it to the aquarium.Shipping Notes

Mastiff mix puppy loves them

I have experience with large working dog breeds, and I've got a mastiff lab mix puppy, who at 5 months weighs 50 pounds and is teething hard, and chews on everything. Most chew toys I've tried broke within a few minutes, but these have held up. I like that the ones I received are hollow, so I can put puppy kibbles inside them to keep the dog busy in her crate, and slow her eating so she doesn't scarf down her meals and get sick. The hole is small, but I feed small sized "taste of the Wild" brand kibbles, and they would pour out of Kong toys within seconds. I have recommended them to other puppy owners.
My dog isn't an aggressive chewer, but for a teething puppy, these toys do seem to be ideal.

The material is nice and easy to wash but definitely do not recommend for large breeds/ aggressive chewers. My big pup ripped one up within seconds of getting it. The ball has lasted!
