· The Yves family owns 17 ha in the Marne Valley, the Côte des Blancs, the Aube in the municipalities of Sézanne, Baye and also Aÿ and Chouilly, classified Grand Cru
· The estate practices sustainable viticulture, and has both HVE and VDC certification.
· 60% Meunier from Vallee de la Marne & Baye, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay.
· Includes 15% Reserve wines.
· Dosage: 9g/l, makes this a Brut (dry) style.
