Maison S.T. Dupont, in collaboration with master jeweler 2Saints, has handcrafted the newest architecture collection. Fashioned from silver, the pen features stunning, elaborate filigree overlays over colored lacquer. The pen comes with two caps, one topped with a stunning silver model of the Tower of Pisa. The elaborate base serves as a pen stand and as a stand for the cap not currently in use, and is hand-patinated for optimal contrast.

The Tower of Pisa is a 186-foot campanile (bell tower) constructed from 1173 and 1372 of white marble. I was original designed to be vertical, but started leaning during construction, and now leans at about 3.99 degrees. It is one of the most remarkable architectural structures from medieval Europe, comprising of 8 stories with a total of 207 columns. The Piazza dei Miracoli, where the tower stands, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1987.
